I’m a medical student with a passion for teaching Biology, Science, and Maths at primary and GCSE levels. Almost 10 years in higher education, I’ve learned two key things: 1) Every student can succeed with the right teaching approach, and 2) Learning should be active, using techniques like spaced repetition and active recall. I focus on breaking down complex topics, using examples, mnemonics, and past papers to help students understand. I’m patient and adaptable, always ready to find new ways to explain concepts if needed. Outside of academics, I’m passionate about sports, gaming, and tech. I’ve coached an under-15 basketball team and teach guitar at my church, which helps me connect with students and build trust to boost their confidence and performance. I graduated from Glasgow in 2020 with a 2:1 in Biomedical Sciences and am currently pursuing a medical degree. As a current university student, I understand the challenges of academic work and exams. I am currently a student of the Dual BA Program between Trinity College Dublin and Columbia University meaning I am working on two BA degrees (one from each institution) simultaneously over four years. Both degrees are in English Literature but I hope to minor in History of Art for my Columbia degree.

I'm currently a 3rd year student at the University of Pretoria, studying BEng in Civil Engineering. Completed my high school with distinction, and passed my 1st 2 years of University with distinction. I have been helping countless students for close to a decade, mainly on STEM field related subjects. I'm a youth cell leader at church. And I also love running. I completed my high school at Guyani High School, with 7 distinctions, then further my education in Civil Engineering at the University of Pretoria. I'm currently in my third year.
