My name is Gemma and I am an English and Drama Graduate from Exeter University, 2:1 with a Creative Writing Dissertation. I have aspirations in teaching at Secondary School level and classroom and mentoring experience. I have worked for a year post graduation as a Sabbatical Officer in the Students Union. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing poetry and performing. I achieved 1x 7, 2x 8, 2x A* and 7x 9 in my GCSE's and 3x A at A level in English, Drama and Philosophy and Ethics. I took a gap year working, and volunteered in my school supporting extracurricular drama, and I have since returned 3x with paid opportunities, 2x teaching in music and drama. I went to Exeter University and studied English and Drama acheiving a 2:1 and departmental commendation for contributing to the life of the department. During my time at University I took on leadership and mentoring roles in extracurricular and this led me to my current position as a Sabbatical Officer advocating for Students in the University.

I'm currently in my third year of medical school, passionate about both my studies and helping others succeed. As a tutor, I love seeing students reach their goals and gain confidence in their abilities. Outside of academia, I enjoy getting creative with arts and crafts, exploring nature's beauty, and diving into video games for some relaxation. I have two beautiful cats who hold a special place in my heart, bringing joy and comfort to my life. Looking forward, I dream of traveling the world, experiencing different cultures, and expanding my horizons. Additionally, I'm eager to volunteer at animal shelters, where I can make a difference in the lives of animals in need. Hello! My name is Tanya, and I'm a Psychology student with a passion for learning and helping others reach their full potential. Having benefited from excellent tutors myself, I've seen firsthand the positive impact that dedicated support can have.
