Hello all!! My name is Huma, and I am in my third year of MPharm. In my gap year after A-Levels, I volunteered at St Peter’s Hospital. I worked with patients, where I helped them work through their worries and concerns. I also was a lunchtime aid, where I helped patients who struggled with their eating. I have connections with successful medical school applicants, and have personal experience with the UCAT, as well as tips when it comes to acing it. I also know students in architecture, engineering and dentistry. I aim to make my sessions as specific to you as possible, helping you truly understand the content and help you fall in love with the subject. My name is Gemma and I am an English and Drama Graduate from Exeter University, 2:1 with a Creative Writing Dissertation. I have aspirations in teaching at Secondary School level and classroom and mentoring experience. I have worked for a year post graduation as a Sabbatical Officer in the Students Union. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing poetry and performing. I achieved 1x 7, 2x 8, 2x A* and 7x 9 in my GCSE's and 3x A at A level in English, Drama and Philosophy and Ethics. I took a gap year working, and volunteered in my school supporting extracurricular drama, and I have since returned 3x with paid opportunities, 2x teaching in music and drama. I went to Exeter University and studied English and Drama acheiving a 2:1 and departmental commendation for contributing to the life of the department. During my time at University I took on leadership and mentoring roles in extracurricular and this led me to my current position as a Sabbatical Officer advocating for Students in the University.

My name is Fernanda and I am 23 years old, with a BSc in Forensic Science from the University of Kent. I am Peruvian, my first language is Spanish, and have been living in the UK for the past 3 years throughout my university career. I have been studying English and have had all my classes in English since I was 4 years old. I am a big fan of musical theatre (won't speak about it unless asked about), sports such as volleyball and athletics and dancing. I studied Forensic Science (Hons) and graduated from the University of Kent with a Upper Second Class Honours (2:1). Hello, I am from London, but I am currently a second year Dental student at University. I have been tutoring various subjects for over 5 years now, which I have grown to become super passionate about! My favourite hobbies include ballet, piano and violin. I hope on gostudent I can support you with specific subject knowledge and introduce you to useful and EFFECTIVE ways to learn or revise. More importantly I want to help build up your confidence; often you know a-lot more than you think you do.
