Hi, I’m a Psychology undergraduate with A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology. I am passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals through clear, supportive, and engaging lessons. I offer tutoring for A-Level Psychology, Biology, and Chemistry, as well as GCSE Combined Science, Biology and Chemistry. Having recently completed these qualifications myself, I understand the challenges students face and can explain difficult concepts in a simple and relatable way. My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, whether they are aiming to improve their understanding, boost their grades, or prepare for exams. I focus on creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills at their own pace. I am currently studying BSc Psychology at Aston university and have completed A-Levels in Psychology, Biology, and Chemistry. My studies have equipped me with strong analytical, research, and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of scientific and psychological concepts. At GCSE, I achieved strong grades across a range of subjects, including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English Language, English Literature, and Mathematics. I am currently a second year student, studying Chemistry at the University of Surrey. I have strong foundational qualifications in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at A-Level. My problem solving and quantitative skills will be useful in helping explain difficult concepts to a variety of students. Outside of studying I enjoy Judo and rock climbing which has built my resilience and other skills. I am currently a second year Chemistry Student at the University of Surrey. I have been an online tutor for over three years, and I hope this 'About Me' section gives you an insight into who I am and my teaching style. Before I go into more detail about who I am, I would urge you to read the reviews, (also on this page), from some of my current and past parents whose children I am teaching/have taught! These statements can help you make an informed decision and, (hopefully), choose me as your child's next tutor. I am an English Literature BA (Hons) graduate who studied at the University of Portsmouth. I also have a Masters in Modern and Contemporary Literature from the University of Leicester. With over three years tutoring experience, a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills, I have challenged and supported students across all educational stages, including primary school pupils right up to A Level students! I want your child to succeed and I truly believe they can do this! My lessons are varied, fun, but get the work done! Education is not 'one size fits all', and online tutoring is the perfect example of this. My sessions will see your child grow from strength to strength, as they learn new concepts and methods of success in their respective subject.
