I have been teaching since 6 years in the field of Mathematics from Primary Level to A-Level. But in 2020, i switched to online mode of teaching to reach the students across the globe. I love to teach the topics through practical examples so students can connect to the real world problems. I always try to create a friendly atmosphere in the classroom so that studies wouldn't seem like a burden. I'm highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated educator who wants all children to be successful learners. I have three degrees ; Masters in Mathematics, Bachelor in Mathematics (honours) and Bachelor in Education. Because of the love in the subject, I can't keep myself away from it. My name is Katy and I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Politics & Modern History. I have been living in Spain & France so am fluent in both languages whilst tutoring to a wide range of ages for the past few years. I am calm, interactive and experienced and enjoy working with students to help achieve their goals. I am TEFL certified, and have plenty of experience with all GCSE & A level examination boards. With regards to languages, I am able to support students in all aspects of exam preparation, from reading & writing to speaking & listening. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Modern History & Politics from the University of Manchester in 2021, where I specialised in Russian & Chinese history, as well as Modern African history, whilst including modules in advanced Spanish. Hi there. James here, from South Africa. I taught in London in Walthamstow for my probationary year in 1991, and then in Johannesburg and Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa for a total of 21 years. I have taught Cambridge A Level History and England and South Africa's English and History curricula. I am also a published researcher, poet, and author. I enjoy cross-country running. I like NETFLIX mystery series. I regularly get out wilderness walking and cross country swimming. Since February 2025, I tutor English and Religious Studies for GoStudent. I battled with learning difficulties at school. However, I did very well after school, because I knew that English opens doors. So, I set goals. Then I achieved a B.A (1985) and a B. Ed (1996) degree, at Wits University in Johannesburg. I did a Masters Degree in Theology (Regent College, Vancouver, B.C., 2001) and a PhD in Church History (University of KwaZulu-Natal, 2016). I believe education is a lifelong journey. We master English every day for the rest of our lives. So I'm still learning as I tutor GCSE students, A Level students, and juniors, to reach their highest goals.

Hi, I'm Chris, a recent graduate in nuclear engineering with a love of maths and physics. I help students to build confidence and improve their core understanding of maths and physics, A-Level and GCSE. I focus on breaking down complex problems into smaller, more manageable steps which helps students understand the content along with worked examples and exam questions which helps students to solve questions in an exam and achieve their goals. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Lancaster University, specialising in nuclear engineering which involved a large amount of electrical engineering and particle physics. I also hold three A-Levels in maths, physics and chemistry from Thomas Rotherham College where I achieved an A*, A and B respectively. I also have GCSEs in maths (9), physics (9), chemistry (9), biology (9), computer science (9), geography (8), English language(8), English literature (7) from Winterhill School.
