Hi! I'm Tom, 22 years old, and currently a student at the university of Birmingham studying chemical engineering at a masters level. I'm very enthusiastic about anything maths and science, bringing practical engineering application to life. I live in the heart of north wales, love to swim and play football. I attended the Kings school Chester for both secondary school and sixth form. I obtained seven grade 9's, two grade 8's and an A* in further maths (10 A*s in old money). At sixth form, I obtained an A* in maths and chemistry, and an A in physics at A level. I then went on to study chemical engineering at the University of Birmingham, averaging a first-class honours degree in my first three years. I am now currently going into my final year to obtain an integrated masters degree.

I’m a dedicated and enthusiastic student, studying German and Economics and university. I’m passionate about helping students build confidence and develop a genuine understanding of their subjects. I aim to create supportive, engaging lessons tailored to each student’s individual needs. I went to Wallington High School for Girls for secondary school, where I completed A levels in Maths, Further Maths, Economics and German. I am going to start a joint honours course in German and Economics at the University of Warwick, which I am thoroughly looking forward to.

Hello! My name is Anna Mai, and I am a passionate and dedicated tutor currently studying to become an Early Years Teacher. I have extensive experience working with children and young people in educational settings, and I am committed to helping every student build confidence, develop their skills, and achieve their full potential. Alongside my studies, I work in a Montessori setting and part-time in afterschool care, where I support children's learning, social development, and overall wellbeing. These roles have given me valuable experience in adapting lessons and activities to suit different learning styles and abilities. Studying and teaching alongside people from diverse backgrounds strengthened my communication, adaptability, and intercultural skills while deepening my passion for education. Alongside my academic background, I have gained extensive practical experience working with children.
