I am an effective tutor. I’ve worked with SEN students including students with; dyscalculia, ADHD, dyslexia and autism. Whether you are looking to increase your grade by a little, or a lot I am here to get you to that full potential. I specialise in teaching GCSE maths and have led many students to get top grades. I work based on the students’ needs and I am very much able to adapt to their preferred learning style. I use exam questions from your exam board and continue to practice topics with you until you are fluent As I am a visual learner myself, I work with students particularly through diagrams, visual aids and in depth examples, drawn on interactive whiteboards as well as analogies to explain concepts required for their curriculum and more importantly, the final exam. Practice exam and past paper questions are key to unlocking the higher grades, and so I always integrate questions throughout the teaching of content during lesson to ensure the student understands and digests what they have learnt properly through application, you will never be short of exam practice in one of my lessons, as that is how the real exam will be like. There is always an open door policy to ask whatever questions you need to, whether that is in or out of lesson time, no question is too big or small. I look forward to guiding you into achieve the academic potential you and I know you are capable of. I achieved 5 grades 9’s and 5 grade 8’s at GCSE, this includes: - A 9 in Maths and Chemistry - An 8 in Biology and Physics. My A-levels are as follows: - B in Biology - B in Chemistry. - B In Maths I am currently a first year Biomedical Science Student, and am teaching: - GCSE MATHS

University student currently doing an MSci in Biomedical Sciences, with a passion for lab research. I also love to write in my spare time. My goal as a tutor is to help students be proud of the work they have accomplished and find their own interests, not just pass their exams. I attended Wildern Secondary School, leaving with ten GCSEs, all at grades 8 and 9. I then attended Barton Peveril Sixth Form College, doing A-levels in Biology, Chemistry and English Language & Literature as well as an EPQ. I achieved BBAA* for these subjects.

Hi there, my name is Cameron Building confidence in Mathematics often starts with finding the right tutor . My goal is to provide a comfortable, patient & friendly atmosphere where real progress can be made. I understand the classroom isn't always the easiest place to learn, a teacher has to buzz around different students all the time - Sessions with myself are all about you! Maths isn't always as scary as it seems at first glance! Able to cover all areas within the national curriculum and A level. I'm happy to work with students of varying abilities and will tailor sessions around the needs of students. This can be trouble topics, cementing knowledge or work on exam prep. Following school I went straight to Lowestoft Sixth form college to study Mathematics, Physics & Economics for 2 years. It was during those years I began an appreciation for tutoring, as I myself learn better in smaller classrooms where more attention is on individual students. After A-Levels I went on to study Mathematics for 3 years at the University of East Anglianand graduating with 1st Class Honors. As seminars became a new type of session in the time table, I really began to learn the benefits of additional help on tricky areas of the course.

I have graduated high school with a 19.9/20 Apolytyrion Certificate, in the following subjects: Maths, (Mechanics, A-Level) Physics, (A-Level), Design and Technology (A-Level), Geography (AS-Level) and Greek (Native, A-Level), Art, Craft and Design (A-Level). In all these subjects I achieved an A, with an A* in Art and Greek.
