I have been tutoring with GoStudent for almost a year now, having formerly worked at museums, churches and summer camps. I enjoy working with children and am a current Sunday-School teacher and former volunteer with several youth charities. I also have two years of classroom experience with Years 2 and 3, but am happy to work with children of any age, teaching English, Maths, History, Latin, and RE. Please note I do not take adult learners at this time. I am a graduate of the University of Cambridge with a first-class degree in History, also having taken papers in Classics and Theology. I won several prizes during my degree, including three prize scholarships and the Roy Porter Prize for History in my second year. Prior to my degree, I took three A-Levels in History, Maths and English, receiving all A*s, and prior to that, ten GCSEs, receiving all 9s.

Hi! I'm a first-year Accounting and Finance student at the University of Warwick, and I tutor GCSE and A-Level Computer Science and Maths. I achieved an A* in A-Level Computer Science and an A in Maths, so I've recently sat the exams your child is preparing for and know how the papers are marked. I work through past questions and worked examples built around the topics a student finds hardest, rather than moving through a syllabus at a fixed pace. I'm patient, I'm happy to explain something more than once, and I'd rather a student understands why a method works than memorises it. I studied at The Campion School Sixth Form from 2019 to 2026, where I completed A-Levels in Computer Science (A*), Mathematics (A) and Economics (B), alongside AS Further Mathematics. Before that I achieved 11 GCSEs, including a 9 in Physics and 8s in Mathematics and Computer Science. I am now in my first year of a BSc in Accounting and Finance at the University of Warwick. My specialisations are Computer Science and Mathematics at both GCSE and A-Level. I sat these exams recently, so I know the current specifications and how papers are marked. During Sixth Form I also worked with my school's Computer Science department on a software project, and I was Subject Prefect for Computer Science, which involved explaining course content to younger students and presenting the subject to parents at open days.

Hi, I'm Chris, a recent graduate in nuclear engineering with a love of maths and physics. I help students to build confidence and improve their core understanding of maths and physics, A-Level and GCSE. I focus on breaking down complex problems into smaller, more manageable steps which helps students understand the content along with worked examples and exam questions which helps students to solve questions in an exam and achieve their goals. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Lancaster University, specialising in nuclear engineering which involved a large amount of electrical engineering and particle physics. I also hold three A-Levels in maths, physics and chemistry from Thomas Rotherham College where I achieved an A*, A and B respectively. I also have GCSEs in maths (9), physics (9), chemistry (9), biology (9), computer science (9), geography (8), English language(8), English literature (7) from Winterhill School.

Hi. I teach maths. My best skill is making making topics which feel very over complicated at first into much more understandable and simple concepts. My past experience is within working with at Harvard for a professor, competing in many mathematics competitions all around the UK and studying higher level institutional maths. Besides maths I love room interior design, Fruitiger aero aesthetic and 3d printing. I have currently just finished my studies. I am now looking to apply and pursue PPE (Politics, Philosophy and Economics) at Oxford University. I have previously studied Maths, Further Maths and Economics. My experience within maths would be my previous work at Harvard University, my many experiences at maths competitions all across London and as well as my personal studies of higher level institutional mathematics.
