I have just started university and I am eager to help my students in a supportive way with a dynamic based on mutual respect. Outside of my studies I love to watch football, go on hikes in the South Downs and read the financial times, as I am of course interested in any developments in markets. I went to Sackville School, East Grinstead and completed 12 GCSE's and one level 2 certificate in Further Maths, all at grade 7 and above. I then progressed to my A-Levels, achieving A*AAA in Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Physics. During my time I also gained a Gold Certificate in the Senior Maths Challenge and participated in the Senior Maths Kangaroo, whilst also participating in the FCDO Next generation Economics essay competition.

Hello! My name is Blessy and I am currently a 4th year medical student with over six years of tutoring experience, including three years on the GoStudent platform. Outside of academics, I enjoy going to the gym, watching films and reading in my spare time. Alongside tutoring, I also lead teaching sessions for other medical students at my university, which has strengthened my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and adapt to different learning styles. I take a patient and supportive approach and am particularly experienced in working with students who may feel shy, lack confidence or struggle with focus, helping them feel more comfortable and engaged in their learning! I achieved seven 9s, two 8s, one 7, two Distinction* grades, and one Distinction grade at GCSE (all sat in person), as well as A-level grades in Chemistry, Biology, and Maths. I am currently a medical student studying abroad. My academic background and experience mean I am very familiar with the demands of these subjects. I am a Qualified Teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching Mathematics to students of all levels. Experience with: Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, GCSE Maths Exam Prep, Special Need,11+ ,13+ Exam Board Experience: I can work with any exam board. Edexcel, AQA, OCR (most material is common to all exam boards). I am currently working as a Mathematics teacher at a school in the U.K. In my previous roles, I taught mathematics and coding. I have also tutored students at various levels, from primary school to college. I am very well aware of the Mathematics curriculum and always look for new and engaging ways to teach it. I am passionate about helping students learn and committed to providing them with the best possible education.
