Hallo! Ich heiße Korinna Kilián. Ich studiere Psychologie und liebe mit Menschen zusammenarbeiten. In meiner Freizeit trainiere ich gerne und mache immer etwas kreativ, wie zum Beispiel zeichnen, tanzen oder etwas basteln.:) Außerdem höre ich gerne Musik, wandere und sehe Serien & Filme. Wenn es möglich ist, verbringe ich den ganzen Tag in der Natur. Meine Lieblingsaussicht ist der Sonnenuntergang. Meine Grundschule war die Innerstädtische Grundschule. Da bin ich im deutschen Klassenzug gegangen. Danach habe ich Deutsch als Fremdsprache im Leőwey Klára Gymnasium gelernt. Dort habe ich mein Sprachdiplom gemacht. Jetzt studiere ich an der Universität in Pécs. Mein Spezialgebiet ist Mathe, in der ich erfolgreich meine Abiturprüfung abgelegt habe.

Hi! I'm a student at the University of Bristol studying a degree in Mathematics and Physics. Studying maths at a degree level means I am constantly working with complex mathematical concepts everyday, and I plan to bring that depth of understanding when tutoring GSCE and A-level Maths. I have around a year experience in tutoring GSCE Maths, which has helped me develop a clear and effective teaching style. Also, having completed my A-levels during 2025 summer and achieving an A and also a grade 8 in GSCE Mathematics, I have a strong understanding of exam content and also effective advice for revision, ensuring student success in exams. I focus on breaking down hard topics into simple clear explanations , helping to build understanding, student confidence and also exam technique through practice. I will tailor each lesson based on the students individual needs, ensuring they feel supported and make progress. I am patient, relatable and also very committed in helping students achieve the best of their potential. I studied my GSCEs in Chatham Grammar School, achieving grade 8 in GSCE Mathematics. I then went on to study a levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics at Rainham Grammar School, achieving a grade A in Edexcel Mathematics. I am now currently a first year, going onto second year, studying a BSc Mathematics and Physics at University of Bristol

I now attend the University of Cambridge to study English Literature. I love both English and Maths, and studied both at A Level. In English, I enjoy reading into a text and finding deeper meanings to better understand the writer’s intentions and message. In Maths, I enjoy working through difficult questions, and using my problem solving skills to reach the answer. My hobbies include reading and writing, ice skating, and anything creative. I have worked with young people previously, volunteering as a Young Leader and, more recently, a Unit Helper in Girlguiding. I was also a reading ‘Super-tutor’ in my school’s reading programme, designed to help Year 7 students boost their confidence and skill in reading, meaning I would step in to cover for any tutors who were absent when they planned to meet with their assigned tutee, and I oversaw the running of the programme as a whole. I really enjoy seeing students develop and become more confident in their own abilities as tutoring progresses, and would love the opportunity to work with you and help you to achieve success in your studies! I attended a high school in the North East for my GCSEs, achieving Grade 9s in Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Business, Design and Technology, French, and Geography, and Grade 8s in English Language and English Literature. I stayed at my high school to complete my A Levels in English Language, English Literature, and Maths, and achieved three Grade As. I now attend the University of Cambridge studying English Literature.
