I teach Sociology and Media Studies at all Levels including GCSE, A-Level including IB curriculum and exam boards such as AQA, Edexcel, 11+ and Cambridge International. I also teach Spanish to adult students at different levels. My teaching philosophy is shaped by my academic background in anthropology and interest in how culture influence the production of knowledge. I also have knowledge in film studies and skills in audio-visual production. I can support students in their academic and artistic creative process. In my teaching, I link the learning material and cultures to engage in communication with the students and contextualise what we are learning. Cycling, climbing and the love for animals are some of my main personal interests. I love travelling and I am currently living in Berlin.

Hi! I’m Ann — a second-year medical student who loves painting, reading, and (recently) horse riding. I’m someone who genuinely enjoys learning new things, but I also understand how tough studying can feel when you’re stuck, stressed, or unsure where to start. That’s a huge part of why I tutor — I want to make learning feel lighter, clearer, and way less overwhelming. I’m not the type of tutor who just reads off a screen or throws information at you. I like to explain things in a simple, friendly way, break topics down into small steps, and make sure you actually understand the idea, not just memorise it. Everyone learns differently, so I always adjust the pace and style to whatever works best for you. If you’re someone who loses motivation, gets anxious about exams, or feels like certain subjects just “don’t make sense,” don’t worry — I’ve been there too. We’ll work through it together until you feel confident. I’m patient, supportive, and I’ll never make you feel bad for not knowing something. That’s literally what I’m here for. I really want my students to feel comfortable, motivated, and proud of themselves. I achieved all A* in chemistry, biology and maths at GCSEs, and an A in biology for A-level through my time as a student I developed effective study techniques, which I use to support students in their learning. I am now a second year medical student.

University student currently doing an MSci in Biomedical Sciences, with a passion for lab research. I also love to write in my spare time. My goal as a tutor is to help students be proud of the work they have accomplished and find their own interests, not just pass their exams. Hi! I’m Muneeba, a final-year Software Engineering student at the University of Westminster and I love helping students feel confident in their learning. Alongside my studies, I’ve built lots of experience supporting learners: I currently teach at a tuition centre covering GCSE Maths, Science and Computer Science, plus A-Level Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Computer Science. I also teach all core subjects (Maths, English and Science) to primary students, and work as a Computer Science mentor at college, guiding students through revision and final projects. My background in tech means I’m great at breaking complex ideas down into clear, logical steps with plain relatable explanations.
