I have a BA Hons degree in Modern Languages: English/French with a module in Classical Greek Language and Literature. I believe in stress-free lessons , and learning in a relaxed setting. As a tutor I am not there to add pressure, but to help take pressure off. In terms of hobbies, I love reading, writing stories, and watching Turkish TV dramas. I am also a huge tennis fan. I am currently studying at the University of Birmingham, where I continue to build on the knowledge and skills developed during my earlier education. I am a medical student at UCL with a strong academic background, having achieved A* grades at A-level in Maths, Biology, and Chemistry. I have a genuine passion for teaching and enjoy helping students understand challenging concepts in a clear and structured way. Having recently completed GCSEs and A-levels myself, I understand current exam specifications, common pitfalls, and effective revision strategies. My teaching style is supportive and tailored to each student’s needs, focusing on building strong foundations, confidence, and exam technique. I am currently studying Medicine at University College London (UCL), a highly academic and research-led medical school. I attended Lancaster Girls’ Grammar School, where I developed a strong academic foundation and a disciplined approach to learning. Throughout my education, I consistently achieved high academic standards, particularly in Maths and the sciences. At A-level, I achieved 3A*, reflecting both my subject knowledge and my ability to manage a demanding workload. I also achieved full marks in my EPQ, which strengthened my independent research, critical thinking, and academic writing skills.
