Hi! I'm Favour, I have experience tutoring students who are studying English language and Literature for their GCSE's. As a tutor I aim to breakdown questions & lessons to go along with the students' pace. During lessons I use the students interest to channel their learning & I am patient to ensure they get the most of the time. For example I once used a students' sports interest to breakdown the structure question in the AQA language paper 1 question 3. Hi, my name is Jaismeen and I am currently studying Aerospace Engineering. I tutor Maths, Physics and Spanish, and I enjoy helping students understand difficult topics in a clear, structured and encouraging way. My teaching style is patient and flexible. I like to break topics down step by step, check understanding regularly, and adapt my explanations depending on how the student learns best. If one method does not work, I try another approach, such as visual examples, real-life situations, practice questions or simpler explanations. I have previous experience tutoring children during summer breaks in my hometown, as well as experience babysitting and volunteering in local activities involving children and young people. I have a Cambridge English certificate at B2 level, which gave me access to study in English at university, and I am multilingual. I am especially confident explaining STEM topics clearly because I have studied them academically and also applied them practically. I’m a 4th-year medical student studying abroad, with a strong academic background in A-Level Maths, Chemistry and Biology, achieving A grades in all three subjects.
