Hi! I’m Antrea, a Product Design Engineering student at Loughborough University with a strong passion for maths and problem-solving. I enjoy supporting GCSE students in building confidence, improving their skills, and reaching their full potential. My lessons are friendly, clear, and tailored to each student’s learning style, helping to make even the toughest topics feel more manageable. I’m committed to creating an encouraging environment where students can succeed and feel proud of their progress. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering at Loughborough University. I have graduated high school with a 19.9/20 Apolytyrion Certificate, in the following subjects: Maths, (Mechanics, A-Level) Physics, (A-Level), Design and Technology (A-Level), Geography (AS-Level) and Greek (Native, A-Level), Art, Craft and Design (A-Level). In all these subjects I achieved an A, with an A* in Art and Greek. I have experience sharing knowledge, organising meetings and lessons since founding and forming my high school's Engineering Club, which I was also president of.

I graduated in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Birmingham and teach Maths to students of all ages up to A level. I achieved A*A*A* at A level in Maths, Physics and Chemistry, reflecting the strong academic foundation I bring to my teaching. With my students, I ensure that their understanding of underlying methods is to the highest possible standard through rigorous practice. In my experience as a student, exposing yourself to different mathematical scenarios builds a great foundation for achieving the best possible grades. My biggest aim for my students is for them to constantly improve so that when they get to the exam, they are confident about any aspect of the syllabus that may arise. For my sessions, I will ask students what they wish to study and ensure I tailor the session around what I am told. If the student is undecided, I will plan lessons around pushing the student to challenge themselves in rigorous practice, with my guidance, around different mathematical concepts in their curriculum. For exams, my main aim is for students to achieve the best grades possible, meeting and exceeding their targets. My highest level of education is an MSci in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Birmingham. Prior to this, I achieved A*A*A* in A-level Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics. I have over 3 years of experience tutoring students in Mathematics across a range of ages and abilities, up to A level. Through this experience, I have developed a strong ability to explain difficult concepts clearly, adapt lessons to each student’s learning style, and build both confidence and exam technique. My focus is always on ensuring students fully understand the methods they are using, so they can approach unfamiliar questions with confidence and achieve the best grades possible.

I'm Mae Concepcion Tejano, and I'm excited to be part of your journey to mastering English! With a TEFL certification and a degree in English, I bring over five years of experience teaching GCSE and A Level students from various backgrounds and skill levels. I graduated with a degree in Juris Doctor, or Doctorate of Law, a program that not only honed my legal expertise but also provided a broad and strong foundation in various disciplines such as teaching methods, linguistics, literature, politics, and Philippine history. Through my studies, I gained an understanding of the intersection between law and society, which enhanced my ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. In addition to the legal coursework, I learned essential pedagogical skills that have proven invaluable in various teaching environments. Hi, I'm Chris, a recent graduate in nuclear engineering with a love of maths and physics. I help students to build confidence and improve their core understanding of maths and physics, A-Level and GCSE. I focus on breaking down complex problems into smaller, more manageable steps which helps students understand the content along with worked examples and exam questions which helps students to solve questions in an exam and achieve their goals. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Lancaster University, specialising in nuclear engineering which involved a large amount of electrical engineering and particle physics. I also hold three A-Levels in maths, physics and chemistry from Thomas Rotherham College where I achieved an A*, A and B respectively. I also have GCSEs in maths (9), physics (9), chemistry (9), biology (9), computer science (9), geography (8), English language(8), English literature (7) from Winterhill School.
