I'm Ahsan, a second-year Accounting and Finance student at Queen Mary University of London. I tutor GCSE and A-Level Maths and Economics and I genuinely love helping students get to grips with topics that feel confusing at first. I am currently in my second year studying BSc Accounting and Finance at Queen Mary University of London, giving me a strong and up-to-date understanding of the subjects I teach. I completed my A-Levels in Mathematics, Economics, and Business Studies, so I know exactly what is required at that level and what examiners are looking for. I have paid tutoring experience working with GCSE and A-Level students, helping them build confidence, close knowledge gaps, and improve their grades. I take a structured approach to every session, starting by identifying where a student is struggling and working through those areas clearly before moving forward. Alongside my studies, I have professional experience in a finance environment which means I can bring real-world context to Economics and Maths topics, making them easier to understand and more engaging for students.

I have been tutoring with GoStudent for almost a year now, having formerly worked at museums, churches and summer camps. I enjoy working with children and am a current Sunday-School teacher and former volunteer with several youth charities. I also have two years of classroom experience with Years 2 and 3, but am happy to work with children of any age, teaching English, Maths, History, Latin, and RE. Please note I do not take adult learners at this time. I am a graduate of the University of Cambridge with a first-class degree in History, also having taken papers in Classics and Theology. I won several prizes during my degree, including three prize scholarships and the Roy Porter Prize for History in my second year. Hello! My name is Leah, and I'm here to help you smash your study goals! As a Law and Advanced Spanish university student, I love helping others connect with the Spanish language. I have extensive experience tutoring students (both children and adults) from basic grammar up to GCSEs and professional conversational fluency during my A-Levels. Hi! I’m Erika, a friendly and approachable tutor with several years of experience supporting students in English and Biology, from Year 7 through to A-Level. I really enjoy helping students build their confidence and find ways of learning that work best for them. Outside of my studies, I enjoy playing basketball and football, and I love cooking, especially trying out new recipes. I’m also starting my Law degree at university, so I understand how important it is to have someone who can make studying feel less overwhelming and more enjoyable. I completed my secondary school education at Sybil Andrews Academy with GCSEs with grades ranging from 6–9 before attending Abbeygate Sixth Form College, where I studied A-Level Law, Psychology and English Language, achieving grades A and above.
