I’m a medical student with a strong passion for education and helping others succeed academically. Over time, I’ve developed effective learning strategies and a deep understanding of biology, chemistry, maths, economics, English all of which I’m eager to share. I'm highly organised, patient and committed to making a difference with all my tutees. I attended Shree Academy, where I completed my international GCSEs and A levels, achieving exemplary grades allowing me to pursue my medical career. I am currently a fourth-year medical student striving to be the best doctor I possibly can be in order to fulfil my passion for saving lives and providing all-encompassing healthcare.

Hi! I’m Amarachi, a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Nottingham. I teach maths and chemistry, and I’m passionate about making these subjects engaging and easy to understand. As a patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic tutor, I enjoy helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and practicing taekwondo, and I always appreciate getting to know my students' interests as well. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Chemical Engineering at the University of Nottingham. At A level, I achieved grades A in Chemistry, Physics, and Maths, and at GCSE, I earned grades 8–9 in Triple Science, Maths, French and English Literature and Language. I have a strong understanding of the AQA, Pearson Edexcel, and OCR exam boards for both GCSE and A level.

I am tutoring in Sociology and Religious Studies. I am currently studying for a BA in Sociology at the University of Warwick. I provide a flexible teaching style where everything is tailored to you. I am the welfare officer for Warwick STAR and I also have experience volunteering at primary and secondary schools and youth clubs. I have achieved a grade 4-9 in all of my GCSE'S. At college I studied criminology and sociology and I am now studying for a ba in Sociology at the University of Warwick. Additional courses that I have completed are 'thrive' and a Level 2 in 'Understanding Children and Young People'

I am a fully English-educated student with a strong academic background in Mathematics. I achieved an A in A-Level Mathematics and have over 3 years of tutoring experience, completing 300+ hours of lessons. I have helped many GCSE Maths students improve their grades, with several achieving Grade 8s and 9s. I also participated in the UK Maths Challenge, achieving the highest score in my school, which developed my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Teaching Style My teaching style is student-centred, patient, and adaptable. I first identify the areas a student finds difficult and then break each topic down into simple, manageable steps. I use clear explanations, worked examples, and guided practice before encouraging students to tackle questions independently. I place particular emphasis on exam technique. I help students understand different question types, show their working clearly, avoid common mistakes, and apply their knowledge to unfamiliar problems. I adapt each lesson to the student's ability and goals, whether they are aiming to secure a pass or achieve a Grade 8 or 9. Proudest Achievements One of my proudest achievements is helping many GCSE Maths students achieve Grade 8s and 9s. Seeing students progress from struggling with a topic to confidently answering exam-style questions is extremely rewarding and is one of the main reasons I enjoy tutoring. I have not yet completed my university degree as I am currently studying Medicine.
