I’m Hafsa, a Public Health graduate with a passion for helping students learn with confidence. I enjoy breaking down difficult concepts into simple steps and adapting my teaching to each student’s needs. My goal is to create a positive, supportive learning environment where every student can succeed. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Pakistan, where my studies were fully taught in English. My academic background includes science, health, research methods, and statistics. I’ve always enjoyed maths and problem-solving, and my education helps me explain concepts clearly and support students effectively.

I completed my Bachelor of Education Degree in Senior and FET PHASE, majoring in Mathematics, Geography and IsiZulu Home Language with University of Pretoria. I also did my Teaching English as Foreign Language. I recently completed my Bachelor of Education Honours in Mathematics and Science Education. I’m now persuading my Master of Education in Mathematics Education with University of Pretoria. I’ve worked as an Education Assistant at Thathunyawo High School. I was teaching Mathematics grade 10, 11 & 12 Natural Sciences Grade 9. I also worked as an online teacher at International Schooling an online school based in Singapore, I was teaching Mathematics and Science Grade 7-12. I am now working as a Grade 12 Mathematical Literacy, Grade 10 Mathematics. Hi, I’m Lily and I’m a 19 year old student at the University of Leeds currently on my second year of completing the joint-honours degree of Spanish and International Relations. I have a passion for tutoring and I have been doing it for years in multiple different secondary schools, so I know how to engage with students and adapt my teaching methods to the particular student to ensure they can achieve the highest grade possible in a fun and relaxed setting. I teach Spanish after studying the language at GCSE, A-level, and degree level, so I would say I have expert knowledge in this area to help students who are keen to learn of all ages. We can have fun whilst we learn as I truly believe you learn the most and remember the most when you are enjoying what you are doing. Outside of studying and tutoring I love to play instruments like the guitar and the piano, and I also kick-box and dance. I love to keep myself busy and to help elevate others to be the best versions of themselves which is why I love to tutor, and this year I will be teaching English in Spain.
