Hi, I’m Kate Stevens, an enthusiastic and dedicated science teacher! I love helping students explore the world of science in engaging and innovative ways. My goal is to make learning science exciting through hands-on experiments, real-world applications, and stimulating problem-solving activities that spark curiosity and build confidence in my students. In my free time, I enjoy exploring nature, reading science articles, and experimenting with new ideas, which keeps my mind curious and creative. I graduated with a degree in Master of Arts in Teaching- Biology Education, where I gained a strong foundation in scientific concepts, teaching strategies, and classroom management. With 2 years of face-to-face teaching experience, I have designed and delivered engaging lessons, hands-on experiments, and interactive activities that cater to diverse learning styles. I strive to create a supportive, motivating classroom environment that encourages every student to develop critical thinking, curiosity, and a lifelong love of science while achieving their full potential.

Hi! I’m a university student with an A in A-Level Mathematics and a genuine passion for helping students build confidence in maths. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs, whether they’re preparing for exams, catching up on topics, or aiming for top grades. My goal is to make maths clear, engaging, and less intimidating by breaking down difficult concepts into simple, manageable steps. I believe that with patience, encouragement, and the right support, every student can improve and reach their full potential. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and making your maths journey a positive one! I completed my GCSEs at Jo Richardson Community School, achieving qualifications in Mathematics, English, Combined Science, Geography, Music, Drama, and BTEC Business. I then completed my A Levels at the same school, studying Mathematics, Economics, and Geography, where I achieved an A in Mathematics. I am currently studying Accounting and Finance at university, where I continue to strengthen my analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills. My strong mathematical background, combined with my communication skills and patient approach, allows me to explain concepts clearly and adapt my teaching to suit different learning styles. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve their academic goals.

Hi! I’m Beth, it’s lovely to meet you! I can help you out with maths and science subjects and my aim is to give you the confidence and understanding to do the best that you can in your exams. I will work through difficult areas with you until you are confident and it is no longer anything to worry about. I completed my A-levels in Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths a couple of years ago and achieved 4 A* grades. Before that, I achieved 11 grade 9s at GCSE, including Further Maths and Triple Science. I’m now doing a degree apprenticeship in Digital Technology Solutions BSc while working as an IT consultant. Some of my hobbies/interests include sailing, dog agility and pilates.

I am a Medical Doctor on a new journey to further my education. I have approximately 5 years of tutoring experience across the board. I mainly started tutoring as a way to learn and retain the content for good grades. I found that when helping my peers I also helped myself improve my grades. In lower level I have experience tutoring Science and Math while in GCSE and A-Level I tutor Chemistry, Biology and Math. In higher level tutoring, i offer services on any Subject health related eg Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology etc. I offer my services to any student who is willing to learn. I am fluent in speaking and writing English and Swahili. During my leisure time i enjoy reading a novel, spending time with friends, road trips, baking and movies . I am looking forward to meeting you and offering my assistance to help you succeed. I have a great track record in terms of my students performance, so I promise you the same. I offer a fun and productive approach to learning for my students. With over 5years experience i not only bring a fresh approach to tutoring but i tailor my services to best suit the student, a lot like patient care lol.
