I am an experienced maths tutor based in Glasgow. I received my maths degree from the University of Glasgow and have tutored and range of age groups from primary school age, through to high school and also undergraduate. I am passionate about learning and believe that learning is about enjoyment and practicality. I enjoy helping people succeed and ultimately seeing people become more confident within themselves. I have a honours degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Glasgow with a particular specialisation in applied mathematics and am currently working towards my second degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Stirling.

Hello. I'm Debs, nice to meet you. I tutor a range of subjects, all based on experience of teaching within school, college and less tradiitional settings. I love tutoring one to one as that is the best way to give the student exactly what they need. I teach Sociology, Business and English at GCSE and A level and I have experience of AQA and Edexcel exam boards. I have also taught Btec Business level 1-3 In 2023 I completed a Master's degree in Philosophy as I love learning new things just as much as I love to teach. I make learning fun wherever possible and tailor every lesson to the student's needs. I use a variety of methods so you won't get bored and I am always happy to answer questions and re-explain things. There's no such thing as a silly question! I appreciate people who try, no matter what their ability is, and i love seeing people achieve things that they never dreamed they could. Let me help you do that. Outside of work I enjoy reading, walking, cycling, and making art and fabric items which I sometimes sell at craft fairs. I sometimes pet-sit two very friendly dogs. Hello, I am a passionate and patient tutor with a degree in Economics and Finance. I teach students of different ages and subjects, helping them develop strong foundations and effective problem-solving skills. I love tutoring because it allows me to make a positive impact on students' academic journeys and help them reach their full potential. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and actively engage in lessons while making complex concepts simple and easy to understand. My hobbies include training, caring for animals and cooking. I also enjoy reading about astronomy and manga.
