I have 10+ years of teaching experience at school level, academies and online classes. To help my students out with their queries and bringing them out of grey zones is my utmost priority. My hobbies include working out, football and research. I believe that physical activity is very important for our mental health and it also helps us in making better decisions. On the other hand, I am constantly trying to research new studies and theories as learning is not restricted to a certain age group rather it is for all of us until we can still breathe. I am currently studying a Biomedical Engineering degree, but having only recently left secondary education I hope that I will be able to support and guide students towards their goals. I offer Biology, Physics and Maths. I studied my GCSEs and A-levels at my local secondary school, I received 4 As at A-level (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology). I have always enjoyed science and Maths hence why I decided to study Biomedical Engineering at the Univeristy of Sheffield.

Sessions typically involve teaching key content, guided examples, and applying knowledge to exam-style questions specific to the student's exam board and level. I place strong emphasis on exam techniques and confidence, ensuring students understand content and how to apply it. Students typically receive one piece of homework every three weeks (e.g., essays, writing tasks, or worksheets). Exam-year students (Years 11-13) receive up to 2 pieces every 3 weeks to support their progress. All extended tasks come with detailed feedback reports that highlight areas for improvement, assess the student's work relative to their current level, and guide how to reach the next grade or top bands. Higher Education: MA in Philosophy and Psychology - University of Glasgow - Achieved 83% in my first year and am on track for another First-Class result in my second year. - As well as I have taken a course in Archaeology for my first and second years. Further Education: - Achieved straight A*-A grades in English Literature, Sociology, and Psychology. - Completed an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) on gambling motivations. - Self-taught A-Level Business Studies. Volunteering: - Events Coordinator, Glasgow's largest student fundraising initiative, helping to raise over £50,000 for Young Lives vs Cancer. - Volunteered with IntoUniversity, mentoring students for 25+ hours, receiving an award for contribution.

Hi! My name is Dipasha and I’m currently a final year Pharmacology student at Queen Mary University of London, with a strong interest in academic research and medicine. Outside of my studies, I enjoy playing tennis and badminton. I also love to explore different places in London and listen to music! I really enjoy teaching, and I look forward to supporting students to reach their goals :) I am currently in my final year studying BSc Pharmacology and Innovative Therapeutics at Queen Mary University of London, where I am about to graduate with a first class degree. Prior to this, I completed my A-levels, where I built a strong academic foundation in science and developed effective study and exam techniques. I also performed very well at GCSE level, which reflects my academic ability and strong understanding of core subjects.
