I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Pakistan, where my studies were fully taught in English. My academic background includes science, health, research methods, and statistics. Hi! My name is Mariyah, a friendly and dedicated Maths tutor currently on my gap year after completing my A-levels. I’m passionate about helping students build confidence and reach their full potential in both GCSE Maths and 11+ preparation. Having recently been through the exam process myself, I understand how to explain topics clearly, boost exam technique, and make lessons engaging and approachable. My sessions are tailored to each student’s learning style, focusing on building understanding and confidence step by step. I have recently completed my A-levels at St Clement Danes, studying Maths, Physics and Chemistry, getting BCC. These subjects have strengthened my critical thinking skills, making me have a deeper appreciation for how much we use these subjects every day. Having done the exams, I understand the struggles the students face and how to support them.

I have achieved high grades in both GCSEs and A-levels, and have worked with a range of students. Whether a student needs help preparing for exams, catching up in class, or wants to get ahead, I focus on creating a positive and supportive learning environment. My goal is to help students improve their grades while also inspiring curiosity and helping them form strategies for success. 100% of my students so far have seen an improvement of at least two grade, with many moving up many grades. I have completed both my GCSEs and A-Levels in the UK, achieving strong results across a range of academic subjects. At GCSE level, I studied core subjects including English Language, English Literature, Mathematics, and the Sciences, along with Citizenship, Geography, French and RE, which gave me a well-rounded academic foundation. For A-Levels, I chose to pursue Biology, English Literature and Politics, which not only deepened my subject knowledge but also developed my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. I am studying law at university.

Hi there! I’m Zuzanna, and I’m excited to be your tutor. I hold a degree in Microbiology and a Master’s in Immunology and Infectious Disease, and I currently work in a microbiology laboratory. I’m passionate about education, science, languages, and travel, and I bring that excitement and curiosity straight into my lessons.
