I am currently studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Durham University on course for a first. I have 4 A-levels in Maths, Chemistry, Economics and Biology (A*A*AA respectively). I have 11 GCSEs, 9 of which are at Grade 9. I have experience with the admissions tests for Oxford and Cambridge.

Hi! I'm currently studying Computer Science at the University of Warwick, one of the top universities in the UK. I’ve always had a strong passion for learning and teaching, especially when it comes to Maths and Physics. I graduated from the International Baccalaureate with a score of 41 out of 45, which is equivalent to AAA at A-Level. I scored 7 out of 7 in Physics HL and 6 out of 7 in Maths AA, which is one of the most challenging maths courses in the IB. Before that, I completed my IGCSEs with A* across all subjects. As a tutor, I focus on creating a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I tailor each session to suit the student’s pace and learning style, and I always aim to make lessons as engaging and understandable as possible. Whether your child is aiming for top marks or just needs a bit of extra help to catch up, I’m here to support them every step of the way! I genuinely enjoy helping students unlock their potential, and I’d love the opportunity to help your child do the same. Currently I'm a student at the university of Warwick doing Bachelor's computer science. I attended high school in Dubai in which I completed my IGCSE's and GCSES, as well as International Baccalaureate which is equivalent to A-levels but with 6 subjects instead of 3. My specialization is currently in computer science but I prefer teaching Mathematics and physics. I also really enjoy psychology as well and love to teach that.

I have gained valuable tutoring experience in Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry by working with students across a range of ages, abilities, and UK exam boards. I have supported students who are studying GCSEs (as well as the Scottish equivalents) under AQA, Edexcel (Pearson), OCR and other boards, so I understand that each board has its own style of questions, emphasis, and mark schemes. This allows me to tailor my teaching to what students actually need for their specific exams, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. In Mathematics, I have helped students build confidence in topics from core numeracy and algebra through to higher-level work such as trigonometry, statistics, and calculus. Many students arrive feeling anxious about maths, so I focus on breaking problems into manageable steps and showing that mistakes are part of learning. In Biology, I support students with topics like cells, human body systems, genetics, and ecology, helping them move beyond memorising facts to truly understanding processes and using correct scientific language. For Chemistry, I have worked with students across many topics such as bonding, calculations, reactions, and organic chemistry, often using clear explanations and practice questions to make abstract ideas feel more concrete. I have worked with students who have learning difficulties, those who need extra support as well as those aiming for top grades. Above all, I try to create a calm, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. My aim is not just to improve results, but to help students feel more confident, capable, and prepared for their exams. Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, graduating with First Class Honours in 2024. Achieved excellent A-Level results in Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry, earning grades A and A*. Also obtained 10 GCSEs at grades A and A*, demonstrating a strong and consistent academic record across core scientific and analytical subjects.

Hi there, my name is George and I developed a real passion for maths a science during my gcse years having not always been the biggest fan previously to this period and have found great fulfilment in developing my skills ever since. I now study physics at the university of Bristol and would not have got here if it wasn’t for some of my excellent teaching mentors so anything I can do to replicate this is an exciting opportunity for me. Having taken my exams so recently where I found some crafty shortcuts and developed easy strategies to assure me I could do well and guarantee me correct answers to certain questions that came up over and over again in previous years exams. All of which I really feel any student can implement to reduce at least some of the stress of these tricky years. I understand the importance of hobbies outside of the school work, with me personally enjoying all sports outside of my studies, particularly football, basketball and running. My GCSE qualifications came out at eight grade 9’s, two grade 8’s and a grade 7, with grade 9’s in my chosen subjects. I have A*’s in maths, physics and chemistry A-levels, taken in the 2023 summer series, so I am very comfortable with the OCR A syllabus for physics and chemistry, and the edexcel syllabus for both A-level and gcse maths.

I am a PPE student at the University of Manchester with a love of Mathematics and breaking complex problems into simple steps. As a dyslexic student, I understand the benefits that 1-1 support in education can bring and know first hand how much you can improve academically with focused support and hard work. Outside of academics and tutoring, I play several instruments including violin, piano and singing. I was recently awarded my grade 8 singing. Moreover I have enjoyed playing football since I was young and was the captain of the 1st XI football team in my secondary school. I am currently in the University of Manchester studying PPE. I achieved an A* in Mathematics at A level with 93% in the Pure Mathematics Paper, achieved the highest in my cohort in the UKMT Senior Maths Challenge, and a 9 at GCSE level. I am a highly approachable and engaging tutor with over two years of experience tutoring at GCSE level and 11+ entrance exams. Through a student programme, I also volunteered at a local primary school fortnightly teaching Mathematics to Year 4 students for a year.

Hi! I'm a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Birmingham, tutoring Maths and Science across GCSE and A Level. I got an A* in Chemistry, an A in Biology and an A in Maths at A Level, so I've been where you are, staring at past papers wondering if it'll ever click. Trust me it will. What makes me different? I won't just give you the answer. I will show you how to tackle questions and understand mark schemes better than ever before. These subjects trip people up for the same reason: you need to visualise problems, follow logical steps and remember key facts, all at once whilst trying not to fall intro traps set by the exam boards. I've done informal tutoring with friends and family, and the biggest lesson I've learned is students don't need someone smarter than them but instead they need someone patient, who explains things properly, ensure that they understand, and never makes them feel silly for asking twice. Expect sessions built around real exam technique, spotting how questions are phrased, and turning "I sort of get it" into "I've got this." I'll adapt to how you learn best diagrams, worked examples, or talking it through. Whatever works best for you. If you want a tutor who still remembers being stuck on a tricky question at 11pm, I'm your person. I attended Lancaster Royal Grammar School and I am currently a Student at the University of Birmingham studying a Masters in Chemical Engineering. I have an A* in Chemistry, an A in Maths and an A in biology. I specialise in teaching Science and Maths at a GCSE level and Chemistry and Maths at an A-Level standard.
